Who we are
This website, authorkomlan.com, is the official site of author Komlan Ahoudou. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@authorkomlan.com.
Information you send us
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional subject and your message. When you apply through the ARC reader form, we also receive your country or location and your answers about reading and reviewing habits.
This information is delivered by email to info@authorkomlan.com and is used only to reply to you or to manage ARC reader applications. It is not stored in a database on this website, sold, or shared for marketing.
Cookies
The site sets a single, strictly necessary session cookie on the contact and ARC reader pages. It protects the forms against forgery and spam and expires when you close your browser. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
Technical logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. To limit abuse of the forms, the site briefly keeps an anonymised, hashed counter of recent submissions; it does not store your IP address in readable form.
Third-party services
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Purchase links take you to Amazon, whose own privacy policy applies once you leave this site. Email is handled by our email provider, Hostinger (Titan).
Your choices
You can ask us to delete any email correspondence we hold from you, or ask what information we have, by writing to info@authorkomlan.com.
